Hosta 'Valley's Glacier' is een sport afkomstig uit Hosta 'First Frost'. Dus een Tardiana (blauw blad) met een brede crème geel kleurige (gevlamde) rand. Deze rand wordt later in het groeiseizoen ivoorwit van kleur.
